Tasks

As a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE , you will be at the heart of designing and implementing cutting-edge marketing, sales, and service processes for a dedicated customer portfolio.

Your expertise will drive functional and technical excellence in every project.

Your challenges will include :

• Crafting functional and technical architecture for marketing, sales, and service processes.
• Serving as the technical conscience for your customer portfolio.
• Developing comprehensive functional design documents.
• Preparing statements of work for cost calculations.
• Leading customer and requirements workshops to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Requirements

Your profile :

• Extensive experience as a Senior Consultant or Solution Architect on Dynamics 365 CE and its predecessor versions.
• Deep knowledge of marketing, sales, service, and field service processes.
• Proven track record in consulting on business solutions to anticipate and meet customer needs.
• Familiarity with agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like DevOps and JIRA.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
• High standards of quality, strong customer orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel to client sites without being constantly on the road.
