Join Schneider Electric and gain hands-on experience in Procurement and Supply Chain within an international industrial environment. As a VIE, you will support strategic procurement and supply chain projects aimed at improving supplier performance, operational efficiency, digitalization, sustainability, and readiness for the future SAP S/4HANA transformation. Working closely with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and supplier partners, you will contribute to projects that directly impact business performance. Your Key Responsibilities Support procurement and supply chain improvement initiatives focusing on cost competitiveness, supplier resilience, and operational efficiency. Assist in supplier digitalization projects, including the deployment of digital supply chain tools and processes. Contribute to supplier contract management activities and support preparation for the SAP S/4HANA migration. Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities in inventory, lead times, and supplier performance. Participate in supplier capacity and sourcing projects to strengthen supply continuity and flexibility. Support supply chain simplification initiatives and process optimization projects. Contribute to sustainability and compliance activities related to supplier and product regulations (REACH, RoHS, ESG requirements, etc.). Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project follow-up materials for key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance. Education Master's degree in Supply Chain Manageme, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Skills & Experience First experience (internship, apprenticeship) in procurement, supply chain, operations, logistics, or project management. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data. Interest in digital transformation and continuous improvement. Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment. Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
