Project Manager
Location: San Jose, Costa Rica
This is a global change leadership role within Lonza’s Global Business Support Organization. You will lead high‑impact transformation projects that reshape financial and business processes across regions, helping enable scalable, future‑ready operations while working with diverse international stakeholders.

What you will do:
• Lead global transformation projects delivering process migration, process re‑engineering and IT implementations across multiple regions.
• Partner with project sponsors and senior stakeholders to define scope, objectives, success measures and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage project plans, resources, budgets, timelines and risks to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement, including leadership reporting and end‑user community involvement.
• Lead business change activities, including communication, training coordination and supporting adoption of new processes.
• Monitor and report project performance, proactively managing changes, issues, and escalation where required.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, third‑party vendors and global partners while creating and maintaining robust project documentation.
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering transformation, continuous improvement or financial process projects.
• Experience leading global projects and managing complex stakeholder networks across regions and functions.
• Strong business change management capability, including rollout of new processes, communication and training coordination.
• Solid project management skills, including planning, risk management, governance, budgeting and reporting.
• A recognized project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, APMP) or equivalent experience delivering outcomes.
• SAP Fico/SD/MM, S/4 Hana and automation project experience preferred.
