Join Lonza in Costa Rica as the Global Master Data Alignment Expert. In this position you will play a pivotal role in bridging alignment between various SAP ERP systems across different modules. This outstanding opportunity has been built to address the complexities and ensure seamless data integration and governance across multiple sites. Key responsibilities :

Align and collect on differences of multi-level programs, focusing on Governance in Data Model, Process, Organization, Tools, Authorization, Consistency checks, and lifecycle management.

Foster relationships between local and global teams while representing the Global Master Data team.

Translate and map existing local requirements with global standards, ensuring alignment of different SAP ERP systems.

Prepare upcoming connections between both systems and support local project portfolios for Master Data items, integrations, and improvements.

Address critical issues and challenges from Master Data key collaborators.

Provide mid-term support for S / 4HANA transfer and integration.

Key requirements :

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science or Business Administration.

Experience with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality Master Data modules

Demonstrable ability in managing and aligning multi-level program differences with outstanding collaborator management and interpersonal skills.

Experience with SAP ERP systems.

Experience in preparing and leading system integrations and improvements.

Experience with S / 4HANA transfer and integration is a plus.
