This Position reports to :

Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. Each day you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your skills by providing backup support to the team in case of a high workload.

The work model for the role is onsite. #LI-Onsite

This role contributes to the Operations Department in the Machine Automation Division in Frauenfeld. Main stakeholders are our Customers and Employees.

You will be mainly accountable for :

Handling customer returns repair orders and related documentation

Coordinating transport logistics and required paperwork

Managing local procurement and general office administration (reception supplies maintenance / repairs calls)

Administering customer training courses in Frauenfeld and Biel including correspondence and order processing

Qualifications for the role

Completed vocational education

Dedicated customer focus

Open and communicative personality

Self-managed way of working

Proficiency in Office 365 SAP knowledge

Fluency in German basic English knowledge
