About the Company As the technological spin-off of Solar Impulse, the first electric airplane to fly around the world, the mission of H55, is to make aviation clean, safe, and affordable. About the Role We are seeking a skilled Database & Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and maintain databases, develop tools and scripts to enhance tools usage, and implement solutions that optimize data management and reporting. Your contributions will directly support the engineering team and drive operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Tool Enhancement & Scripting : Develop scripts and tools to extend and optimize system functionalities, improving user productivity and workflow efficiency. Database Development & Maintenance : Design, develop, and maintain robust databases using InfluxDB, SQL, and Grafana, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity. Tools Integration : Integrate software solutions to enable seamless data flow and operational efficiency across platforms like EasyRedmine and Codebeamer. Automation & Customization : Automate repetitive tasks and workflows through scripting languages (e.g., Python , Visual Basic ), streamlining development processes and enhancing reporting capabilities. Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Act as a key technical resource, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving software and database issues to ensure optimal performance. User Training & Documentation : Develop comprehensive technical documentation and deliver training sessions to support effective adoption of tools and systems by end-users. Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with stakeholders to drive system improvements, implement updates, and align tools with evolving user needs and company goals. Your Profile Education : CFC in Computer Science or a related field , or equivalent. Experience : 3+ years of experience in database management, scripting, and software development. Technical Skills : Proficiency in database development and maintenance using InfluxDB, SQL, and Grafana. Strong scripting skills in Python (and familiarity with Visual Basic is a plus) for automation and tool enhancement. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., EasyRedmine and Codebeamer) is advantageous. Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across teams. Proactive mindset with adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
