For our Lugano Branch we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer Java/React to be part of our team.
Responsibilities and Duties Drive the continuous improvement and optimization of existing features, ensuring an exceptional user experience Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant code, following best practices and modern development standards Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues across the stack Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems Contribute to a collaborative Agile environment by mentoring peers, sharing knowledge, and supporting team success across an international context Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software development within structured and complex environments Solid experience in backend development with Java (e.g.
Spring / Spring Boot is a plus) Strong hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to build intuitive, user-centric interfaces Good knowledge of Redux for state management Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g.
CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms) is considered a strong plus Familiarity with REST APIs , system integration, and full-stack architecture Experience with version control systems (e.g.
