Job Description

We are looking for a consultative Sales Executive, Secure Digital Operations to help clients unlock value through digital transformation at scale. You'll lead complex sales pursuits that integrate Cybersecurity, Digital/AI solutions, and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software to accelerate customer outcomes across industrial operations. You will report to the Sales Manager, Secure Digital Operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Transformational Sales: Promote strategic, high-impact digital transformation pursuits across your assigned accounts or region.
  • Own the Commercial Strategy: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas.
  • Engage Executive Stakeholders: Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions.
  • Shape Demand and Grow Pipeline: Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities.
  • Drive Outcomes, Not Just Deals: Focus on long-term value creation, not transactional sales — your success is measured by client success.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales
  • Legal authorization to work in EMEA, We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 40% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, cybersecurity, supply chain, business or other technical degrees or similar.
  • 8+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software), ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or OT environments.
  • Experience selling to large manufacturers in any of the following industries: Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals, or Med Devices
  • Experience selling digital solutions like AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization.
  • Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting
  • Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms
