This is your opportunity to join as an International Customer Manager

You work in partnership with international customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you could contribute

You will

  • Prepare the strategic multi-year collaboration framework to support the implementation of the Customer strategic plan whilst making the plans tightly linked with local priorities of lead countries;
  • Be responsible for development and implementation of the commercial plan, to strengthen and expand Mondelēz International’s position with assigned customers by preparing, negotiating and executing the agreed plans
  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels and various countries with a key focus on building customer relationships at an appropriate level.
  • Work with a cross functional team in the European head office to plan & execute appropriate actions to drive and strengthen instore category leadership

  • 5+ yrs sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English. German and / or French also desirable
  • The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.

    No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
