As a Customer Support Specialist, you are our company's calling card. With your communication skills and understanding of technology, you handle enquiries from our SwissID users and offer them assistance with our processes.

You will also support our business customers with enquiries about digital signatures and certificates.

Your hands-on mentality helps you to keep a cool head even in hectic times.

How you make a difference

Support for business customers for certificate and PKI users :

  • Processing of enquiries and resolution of fault reports from business customers in the area of PKI and individual certificates by telephone, ticketing system or e-mail
  • Active troubleshooting with customers for major incidents
  • Processing of change requests
  • Supporting the PKI users of our business customers with interface connections and the installation of certificates
  • Clarification and revocation of certificates

Support for SwissID-users :

  • Receiving technical customer enquiries for SwissID users by telephone, ticketing system or e-mail in French, German, English and Italian, mainly on the following topics :
  • Login with SwissID for online services
  • Assistance with questions about online identity verification with the SwissID app
  • Enquiries and support for qualified digital signatures according to ZertEs
  • Enquiries relating to the electronic patient dossier and support for users in digital onboarding
  • What you have to offer

  • Successfully completed training
  • Experience in customer service / support
  • Strong IT affinity and IT knowledge is an advantage (OIDC / PKI / data analysis)
  • Good manners and friendliness characterise you
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Quick comprehension and analytical mindset
  • Good communication skills and the ability to keep calm even in stressful situations
  • Fluency in French and a solid knowledge of German are essential, other languages such as Italian and English are desirable
