Training Assistant

Location: Costa Rica

Join our Learning Operations support team in Costa Rica and play a key role in ensuring employees have access to the training and resources they need to succeed. What you will do:

Serve as the first point of contact for learning and training-related requests, resolving routine inquiries and escalating more complex issues when needed.
Process learning management system (Cornerstone) transactions accurately and in compliance with GxP requirements, training procedures, and documentation standards.
Manage learning plans, curricula, assignments, observers, and learning objects within the learning management system.
Generate, analyze, and distribute standard reports to support training compliance and business needs.
Support employees completing web-based training by providing guidance on navigation, access, and training logistics.
Work closely with stakeholders across HR, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, EHS, and other business functions to support training requests.
Identify process improvement opportunities, utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges, and contribute to operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:

Associate's, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Education, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in customer service, training administration, learning operations, or another role involving employee or customer support.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage high volumes of data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with business-fluent English.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems, prioritize work effectively, and escalate issues appropriately.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build productive relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels.
