System Engineer (60-100%) OT Devices

Join our team as a System Engineer in OT Devices and help advance our mission in transforming operational technology. This role offers a workload of 60% to 100%, fitting around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in managing the full lifecycle of our data center IT infrastructure in collaboration with the Datacenter Engineering Team.
• Support the operational management of data center platforms.
• Build and develop an IT / OT competency team.
• Design solution architectures and concepts within the IT / OT framework.
• Lead project management efforts for the implementation of new systems and data centers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Completed education or training in computer science (ETH / FH, etc.).
• Extensive experience in managing complex IT environments, particularly with Windows Server; knowledge of Linux is a plus.
• Solid understanding of network, storage, and virtualization fundamentals.
• Familiarity with IT and OT protocols, with a willingness to deepen this knowledge.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking abilities.
• Precise and independent working style with a comprehensive approach.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in German (both spoken and written); good command of English is an advantage.
