Innovate & execute :

Design, plan, and implement the most innovativedigital banking solutions that will shape the future of banks and Fintechs, using agile project management methods like SAFe and Design Thinking.

Learn & develop :

Enhance your expertise in payments, credit, core banking, retail, corporate, or private banking by learning from our industry experts.

Lead &manage :

Grow and take on leadershiproles and end-to-end responsibilities for projects, internal and external teams, or develop strategic client sales proposals.

Connect & exchange :

Leverage our unique team of experts by connecting to other Accentureteams,ranging from technology tomarketing, to bring the best value to our clients.

Who you are

We are looking for client-oriented team players with motivated, entrepreneurial personalities who are eager to learn and willing to step outside their comfort zones.

Educational background :

Master’s degree in economics, business administration,computer science or engineering.

Professionalexperience :

In banking, financial services, or consulting within the financial sector, as well as project experience and team leadership, particularly with international exposure, is a plus.

Language skills :

Fluency in both German and English, additional languages of advantage.

Additionalrequirements :

Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, affinity for technology, readiness to travel.
