For oneof our clients, a global leading company specialized in medicaldevices, we are looking for a Clinical Education Manager, based inthe german part of Switzerland.
Needto be fluent in German, swiss-german would be a plus)
Your Tasks :
Asa Clinical Education Manager, you will play a crucial role in thecommercialization of molecular syndromic assays. Your main tasksand responsibilities will include :
- Providingeducation to hospital personal (physicians, nurses) onclinical pathways and the clinical utility of molecular syndromictesting.
- Working closely with the sales team todevelop pre-sales and post-salesstrategies.
- Driving demand and prescriptions inactive accounts and converting leads into buying and prescribingcustomers.
You will act as aclinical expert, engaging with targeted leads, and serving as aresource to the company. Your role will be pivotal in improvingpatient health and consumer safety.
You Profile :
The idealcandidate for the Clinical Education Manager position shouldpossess the following qualifications andskills :
- A Bachelor degree in nursing, PharmD, orsimilar healthcare experience. Board certified Nurse practitioner,or Clinical infectious disease Pharmacist, with experience inhospital based clinical process implementation is highlydesirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of continuousnursing experience or PharmD, combined with salesexperience.
- Strong clinical background with labprocess experience.
- Familiarity with infectiousdisease diagnosis, treatment and / or microbiology / virologymethods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strongscientific knowledge, organizational skills, and problem-solvingabilities.
- Willing to travel 60% of thetime
- English & German is a must,Swiss-german would be a greatplus.
