Bavarian Capital is expanding its team to maintain steady vertical support for a leading Swiss investment group. This Scrum Master Intern role is essential for coordinating technical and operational workflows while ensuring that professional standards remain high across all remote work streams. By focusing on organizational clarity, the position helps the firm meet its long term objectives for this key client.

About the role
This role sits within our project management team, focusing on the practical application of organized workflows in a remote environment. You will support the coordination of various tasks, ensuring that work blocks are defined and obstacles are addressed before they affect our timelines. It is a chance to learn how a disciplined investment firm organizes complex projects without the distraction of office based interruptions. The position offers a bridge between conceptual planning and routine execution, providing a solid foundation in professional project coordination.

What you will do

Facilitate daily check ins to keep team members aligned on current priorities and immediate goals.
Assist in maintaining organized project boards and documentation for our Swiss investment group engagements.
Identify potential bottlenecks in the development or analysis process and suggest simple, logical solutions.
Help the team refine task descriptions to ensure clarity and remove ambiguity in technical requirements.
Update progress reports that help lead managers make informed decisions based on accurate data.
Coordinate review sessions to discuss how the team can work more effectively together on a weekly basis.
Support the planning of upcoming work cycles by organizing and prioritizing backlog items according to firm needs.
Review internal communication channels to ensure important information reaches the right people without delay.
Assist with the preparation of internal briefings that summarize current project health and resource needs.

What we are looking for

Basic understanding of professional project management frameworks and an interest in organizational systems.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas through simple and clear language.
A methodical approach to problem solving and a high degree of personal organizational discipline.
Background in business, management, or information systems through academic studies or personal projects.
Willingness to learn the specific rhythms and communication style of a remote capital management firm.
Ability to listen actively and help mediate between different points of view during team discussions.
Reliability in meeting deadlines and providing thorough updates on the status of assigned tasks.
Comfort using digital collaboration tools to manage tasks and maintain shared documentation sets.
