ROLE :
- Gestion des projets sur l'ensemble des phases : analyse des besoins, étude préliminaire, avant-projet, projet de l'ouvrage, dossier de mise à l'enquête, études de détail, consultation des entreprises, suivi d'exécution des travaux, mise en service et le décompte final.
- Gestion des projets en termes de coûts, délais, sécurité et qualité.
- Etablissement des fiches de projet regroupant les besoins, les contraintes techniques et l'étude préliminaire nécessaire à la compréhension du projet et les dessins d'avant projet.
- Etablissement des documents nécessaires à la demande de fonds.
- Coordination et contrôle des activités des mandataires.
- Organisation des appels d'offres, préparation des dossiers d'adjudication des travaux aux entreprises avant validation.
- Coordination et contrôle de l'exécution des travaux en tenant compte des contraintes des occupants.
- Organisation et contrôle des réceptions et état des lieux post-construction.
PROFIL :
- Formation d'ingénieur en techniques du bâtiment, système énergétique ou titre jugé équivalent.
- Min. 5 années d'expérience préalable en tant que chef de projet d'étude et de réalisation de projet immobilier au sein d'un bureau d'ingénieurs, d'un mandant ou d'une entreprise générale, idéalement en Suisse.
- Maîtrise des techniques de bâtiment CVCSE et connaissances en régulation MCR.
- Bonnes connaissances des normes suisses (SIA, AEAI, MINERGIE, etc ) et des coûts de frais de construction.
COMPETENCES :
- Expérience requise dans l'utilisation des systèmes Autodesk autoCad. Revit un plus.
- Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de gestion et de planification MS Project.
- Bonne maitrise des outil MS Office, Excel et PowerPoint.
- Capacité confirmée à solutionner des problèmes techniques.
- Faculté d'intégration et de réflexion pluridisciplinaire.
- Esprit méthodique, de synthèse, d'analyse, de logique, grande capacité organisationnelle.
- Confiance et totale discrétion sur les activités confiées.
- Grande autonomie dans le travail.
EDUCATION ET LANGUAGES :
- Formation d'ingénieur en techniques du bâtiment, système énergétique ou titre jugé équivalent.
- Français et anglais un plus.
