Description du poste
The Project Management Officer (PMO) is helping IT Domain Managers by facilitating the access to information and the interaction between internal or external management. The PMO will work with them to tackle project portfolios and management control topics in order to improve the KPIs as well as the client relationship quality.
The PMO might be asked to work on projects. He / she supports the preparation of project plans and assists the Project Manager in various tasks of the project. He / she coordinates and monitors the progress of key project milestones and deliverables with the project stakeholders. He / she compiles and reports on them to the project manager . He / she also plays a key role in terms of communication with project stakeholders.
In terms of organization, the PMO develops a common set of practices, principles, and templates for project management and ensures that they are followed by conducting regular controls. He / she will work on departments process optimization.
