As part of our continued growth, Nidecker Group is seeking a talented and motivated Snowboard Product CAD Designer to join our team. Based in Rolle, Switzerland , on the stunning French-Swiss Riviera near the Alps and Lake Geneva, Nidecker Group is home to some of the most respected brands in snowboarding : Nidecker, Jones and, #YES .

With a global footprint—including offices in Switzerland and manufacturing partners in China, Vietnam, Dubai, Europe, and beyond—we offer a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in snowboarding or outdoor sports to take on an exciting, hands-on role in the product development process.

Tasks

• Collaborate with Brand and Product Line Managers across Nidecker, #YES., and, Jones to support the design and development of snowboard products.
• Lead the CAD design process from initial concept through to final 3D modelling, ensuring alignment with brand vision and technical requirements.
• Work in close partnership with team riders, sales teams, and marketing departments to integrate performance feedback and market insights into product designs.
• Create high-quality, innovative snowboard components and products that meet customer expectations and set new standards within the industry.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and best practices within the product development team.
