  • Manage an extremely active calendar including contradictory requests and time zone differences
  • React to calendar changes and liaise with relevant parties to find alternative solutions
  • Prioritize and schedule business meetings and conference calls with multiple stakeholders around the Globe
  • Arrange complex travel arrangements and respond to any last-minute travel issues such as cancellations
  • Liaising with clients, international business partners and colleagues, thereby ensuring clear communication between all internal and external interfaces
  • Organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, workshops, team events and preparation of accompanying material
  • Handle expenses and invoices on a timely manner
  • Review and prepare miscellaneous reports, presentations and documents
  • File documents in an efficient manner while ensuring absolute data confidentiality
  • Successfully completed commercial education, a further education as certified Executive Assistant is a plus
  • At least five years of working experience in a comparable role, ideally supporting a CFO
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Business fluency in English is an absolute must, any additional language is considered an asset
  • Excellent MS Office (especially PowerPoint) skills, as well as experience in working with SAP and a general savviness for IT
  • Diligent, process oriented, reliable and adaptable way of working
