Administrative Support :

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, email management, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare necessary reports and presentations.

HRIS Maintenance :

  • Assist with the daily maintenance and updates of Workday, as applicable.
  • Enter and manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform data entry, record maintenance, and organization of Workday records.

System Documentation and Communication Support :

  • Help create user guides, manuals, and communication materials for new system implementations and updates.
  • Coordinate the distribution of guides and training materials to relevant teams.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
