WHAT YOU CAN MOVE

Manage consulting and software development projects : You will take on the negotiation, planning, implementation and management of IT consulting and software development projects in public administration. The aim is not to manage the project business and the employees in the project, but to actively and purposefully develop and manage them efficiently.

Take responsibility : You will be responsible for calculating costs and adhering to schedules and budgets.

Lead project teams : Lead large project teams and ensure optimal utilization of the team.

Quality and test management : You ensure compliance with quality standards by applying efficient quality and test management.

Be the interface : You take care of interface management with customers, which means building and maintaining customer relationships based on partnership with the aim of high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.

Customer development, sales and presales : Strategic customer development and the technical and professional support of sales activities as well as presales activities are also part of your range of tasks.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Project management and project leadership experience : You have already gained a wide range of experience in (multi-)project management and know the business of an IT service company. You have industry experience in the public sector. In addition, you have experience in leading project teams with several employees and the necessary knowledge to motivate employees in all phases of a project.
• Early warning system experience : You have experience with early warning systems in the area of large software projects and in project controlling.
• Quality and test management experience : In project-critical situations, you demonstrate a solution-oriented, structured approach and have extensive experience in the quality and test management of software development projects.
• Presales experience : You are confident in dealing with people at decision-making level and have extensive experience in presales activities.
• Certification : We require Hermes Advanced certification
• Language skills and flexibility : Your very good French and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently. A project-related willingness to travel rounds off your profile.
