Technician in the operating room (TSO) or surgical nurse (IDDO) The La Source Clinic is a unique multidisciplinary acute care facility. We are looking for a Technician in the operating room (TSO) or surgical nurse (IDDO) at 100%. Key details : Reference : CLS / RH / / Type of contract : Permanent at 100% / Hours : 12-hour shifts / Start date : as soon as we find the right person / Location : in the heart of Lausanne (M2 X Riponne or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini"). Why do we need you? Due to a departure from the team, we are looking for our future TSO or IDDO to complete our operating room team. What will you be doing? Applying your specialized knowledge in nursing and techniques in all surgical or interventional medical specialties in the operating room in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care while adhering strictly to hygiene and aseptic rules. Collaborating in the preparation and execution of surgical interventions. Who will you be working with? The operating room brings together a multidisciplinary team of about 60 professionals (IDDO, IBODE, TSO, Aides de salles, Management staff). Together, we form a united and versatile group, committed to collaborating to provide safe quality care and a healthy work environment. You will be in direct contact with Audrey Schumacher, Head Nurse of the operating room, and Mirlinda Bytyci, Room Manager. With over 10 years of experience in the operating room, Mirlinda is a caring and dedicated professional. She supports and guides each team member while ensuring service objectives are met. What do we expect from you? Hold a diploma X in the operating room (TSO) or diploma X in surgery (IDDO) / IBODE recognized by the Red Cross. Have at least one year of specialized professional experience in Switzerland as an instrument technician. Show versatility in different surgical disciplines.
