Due to the continuing growth, Nidecker Group is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital designs that engage and inspire our target audience across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital design and has a deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and the latest digital design trends.

Tasks

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for print and digital projects.
• Create visually appealing and impactful print and digital assets that effectively communicate the desired message and reflect the brand's identity.
• Design and produce high-quality print materials such as catalogs, presentations, and sales meeting assets.
• Design and produce digital assets including website banners, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both print and digital design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with expertise in both print and digital media, or strong print design skills with a willingness to learn digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design skills and creativity.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for print design and familiarity with digital design tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Passion for snowboarding is highly desirable.
