Pour le département IT de notre client situé dans la région de la Broye, nous recrutons un ou une Support IT avec expérience client.
Responsabilités :
En tant que support client, avec expérience client vous assistez les utilisateurs (sur site et à distance). De plus vous traiter les messages de dysfonctionnements, les demandes de modificatoins ainsi que les commandes.
Vous formez aussi les utilisateurs et réalisez divers projets (déploiement de matériels, migration Windows,. déménagement)
Profil :
- CFC en informatique
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en support informatique
- Excellentes connaissances Windows, Office 365, Active Directory et téléphonie
- Connaissances ITIL
- Français et allemand, italien, un avantage
