We are LEDCity, a cleantech start-up founded in Zurich, with the goal of reducing energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide by 80%.

To achieve this, we are developing a globally deployable lighting system that uses sensors to control the lighting according to demand.

Aufgaben

Main tasks

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers with the aim of closing cross-selling and upselling deals.
  • With passion, customer focus and negotiation skills, you will convince new key accounts to save energy and close deals.
  • You analyse market trends and data to create accurate sales forecasts that enable the company to make informed business decisions.
  • You will ensure that LEDCity's customer base grows and new revenue streams are developed in the KAM segment.
  • You will manage and develop the business with LEDCity's key customers.

Side tasks

  • Tracking of all customer activities in CRM.
  • Market observations.
  • Collaboration on projects.
  • Development of sales strategy for assigned customer segment.
  • Participation in events with target customers.

Qualifikation

Must Have’s

  • No one can get past you : You are a born salesperson.
  • You have over 3 years of Sales experience preferably in the acquisition of (B2B) customers and building up business relations maybe even in the lighting sector.
  • You possess a well-maintained network in Switzerland.
  • You have excellent written and oral German and / or French skills, ideally also Swiss German and a good command of English.
  • You are outgoing : With your friendly demeanour and persuasiveness, you can convince potential customers to save energy.
  • You have a start-up and hands-on mentality with the necessary amount of flexibility and a strong willingness to learn.
  • You are interested in sustainability and the latest technologies.

Nice to Have’s

  • Practical experience with Salesforce functionalities and applications.
  • Solid connections within the property industry.
