Luxury Items Repair Technician

Responsibilities :

  • Perform high-standard repairs and coordinate with client care for special cases.
  • Use our repair management system to organize repairs and order parts.
  • Maintain and organize the workshop, including machines and tools.
  • Inform and advise clients about repairs and our products.
  • Meet KPIs like turnaround time and quality standards.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
  • Provide first-class service to ensure customers enjoy their journeys with our products.

Other Duties :

  • Load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment.
  • Handle material activities like counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
  • Ensure safe working conditions per OSHA regulations.
  • Clean work areas and equipment daily.

  • You are passionate about high-quality products and craftsmanship.
  • You have experience in a manufacturing / technical environment or a similar role.
  • You have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • You have a mechanical background using hand and power tools (preferred).
  • You have worked in a repairs-related field.

  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Enthusiastic about client care and delivering memorable experiences.
  • Fluent in English & German (additional languages are a plus).
