Service Electronics Engineer (m / w / d)

Your Duties

• Perform on-site performance verification at customer locations, including preparation, execution, feedback, and completion.
• Conduct repairs both at customer sites and in-house, covering all stages from preparation to completion.
• Oversee system upgrades at customer locations.
• Commission systems both in-house and on-site at customer premises.
• Support and execute in-house Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and customer-site Commissioning Acceptance Tests (CAT), under the guidance of the system engineer.

Profile

You have completed foundational training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or electrician, along with advanced technical education (e.g., BA / HF / FH) in electrical engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.

Initial professional experience in international field service is a plus.

You are willing to spend 50-70% of your time working with customers.

You have a valid driver's license.

You are fluent in English, knowledge of French, German or any other language is an advantage.

You are communicative and enjoy engaging with international customers on a daily basis.
