Financial Controller (m/f/d) 100%
- Financial Management & Reporting :
- Analyze financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) per IFRS and Swiss GAAP.
- Develop financial models and dashboards for performance analysis.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting :
- Lead the annual budgeting process and present to senior management.
- Manage regular forecasting, providing updated projections and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with strategic goals.
- Internal Controls & Compliance :
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Manage external audits and liaise with auditors.
- Monitor financial risks and implement control mechanisms.
- Strategic Financial Planning :
- Provide insights to support strategic decisions and growth.
- Conduct profitability analysis for business segments, products, and regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of seven years of experience as a controller, with a focus on international operations.
- Strong experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in creating complex financial models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments.
- Fluency in German and English, French skills are a big plus
