Financial Controller (m/f/d) 100%

• Financial Management & Reporting :
• Analyze financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) per IFRS and Swiss GAAP.
• Develop financial models and dashboards for performance analysis.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting :
• Lead the annual budgeting process and present to senior management.
• Manage regular forecasting, providing updated projections and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with strategic goals.
• Internal Controls & Compliance :
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Manage external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor financial risks and implement control mechanisms.
• Strategic Financial Planning :
• Provide insights to support strategic decisions and growth.
• Conduct profitability analysis for business segments, products, and regions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of experience as a controller, with a focus on international operations.
• Strong experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in creating complex financial models.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments.
• Fluency in German and English, French skills are a big plus
