YOUR CHALLENGE
Degree in Information Technology, Economics, Finance or other related fields
Solid experience with SQL and databases, so as with ETL software (e.g. Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx) is a must
Experience with BI software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), Python, R or SAS would be a plus
ML Ops practical experience
Fluent in English and German
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding of data concepts within business context - data models, data flows, interfaces, data alignment, data quality, data distribution, data security
Understanding of statistical analysis, pattern recognition, predictive modelling and machine learning considered as preferred qualification.
Understanding of key business processes within the domain of work (e.g. Finance, CRM, Core Banking, Banking Operations)
Proven communication skill with the ability to decompose complex solutions and data insights into compelling storylines, align and co-create with employees and stakeholders across different business domains and management levels
