Description
- Curate forward-thinking marketing talent andcapabilities, establishing a unique brand identity and tone acrossall channels and geographies
- Develop astrategic vision to deliver growth and revenue, supporting themarketing team in executing data-driven campaigns that strengthenthe brand worldwide
- Identify new growthopportunities and proactively address industrychallenges
- Champion a partnership mentalitywhere the marketing team can act as effective consultants topartner properties and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted brand ambassador at industry events,and sharing thought leadership with media, clients, andpartners
- Working with the CommunicationsConsultant and PR agencies to oversee PR initiatives and mediarelations, building high-impact relationships with key outlets andinfluencers
- Ensure all agency partners andsuppliers are set to deliver maximum ROI through defined scopes ofwork
- Lead a cross-functional team focused onbest-in-class marketing, analytic, and technology, encouragingcreativity, collaboration, and high performance
- Foster a team environment that champions growth,encouraging personal and career development while maintaining aninternal and external talent pipeline
- Guidedigital and content marketing strategies, ensuring consistency instorytelling and maximising impact across channels
- Ensure marketing team activity is aligned to specificperformance objectives and measured for effectiveness
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business,or related field.
- 10+ years of experience inmarketing and public relations, ideally in luxury, wellness, orhospitality sectors
- Ability and experience inworking in a small, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, andproficiency in brand storytelling
- Provenexperience in managing partnerships, agency relationships, anddriving ROI
- Strong analytical skills and acollaborative, innovative approach to team leadership
- Business fluent in English, further language skills wouldbe an advantage
