Responsibilities
- User support including user training
- Support in analyzing & resolving faults
- Installation and support of user workstations including mobile devices
- Application of ITIL processes according to SKAN specifications (ticketing tool, inventory, etc.)
- Support and maintenance of peripheral devices, including the printer infrastructure
- Participation in ICT projects
- Organizing and conducting user training for new SKAN employees
Hardskills
- Education as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification, as well as at least 3 years of professional experience
- ITIL knowhow (incident, problem, change management), certification is an advantage
- Service desk and technical support experience
- Data backup and restore (Veeam)
- Very good knowledge of hardware / peripherals
- Basic knowledge of network and security
- Experience in Atlassian Jira Suite is an advantage
- Microsoft knowledge in the areas of Windows 10, Office 365 as well as software distribution and user administration
- Very good knowledge of German and English
