Cloud Platform Engineer
- Design, implement, and manage a Platform as a Service (PaaS) and core infrastructure services.
- Contribute to defining the technical and functional roadmap for platform features and infrastructure.
- Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices for fast deployment in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Set up and manage CI / CD infrastructure to enable automated application deployment.
- Establish cloud operations best practices, including monitoring and disaster recovery planning.
- Follow software engineering best practices (e.g., automated testing, code reviews, documentation).
- Embrace agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
- Local experience is mandatory
- Swiss or EU citzienship is mandatory
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Proficient with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of container development, Kubernetes Operators, and Helm.
- Experienced in automation tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and databases like Kafka and PostgreSQL.
- Solid knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other European languages is an asset.
