Designing and building proof-of-concept enhancement(s) / solution(s) in the appropriate security platformImplement enhancement(s) / solution(s) into the production security system(s)Creating, updating, and maintaining standardized testing procedures and system changes for ongoing maintenance and supportCollaborating with stakeholders to confirm and identify all requirements for engineering servicesContribute to the research, design, and implementation of alternative security solutions that reduce costs, improve performance, and / or meet new requirementsCommunicate with customers as required, keeping them informed of incident progress and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outagesConducting and participating in security product and skill training for personal and team growthPlanning and coordinating any Change Management, Release, and / or other Go-Live activitiesPerform upgrades, application tuning, and infrastructure changesParticipate in the team's on-call rotationPerform other duties as assignedFunction as a subject matter expert (SME) for DLP platform within the organizationFunction as a subject matter expert (SME) for Database Activity Monitoring platform within the organizationWorking with vendors to implement and support the platforms, including troubleshooting and upgradingMaintaining the platforms, configuring policies, and compiling reports for analyticsCollaborating on the DLP rule development lifecycle including policy development, response rules, and maintenanceWillingness for on-call 7 / 24h
