ASAP: Global Sustainability Project/Portfolio Manager (m/w/d)
- Monitor program progress from initiation to completion, establishing frameworks as necessary.
- Create and deliver reports and materials to Senior Management and stakeholders, including project status reports and KPI reporting.
- Foster clear and transparent communication channels among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Coordinate ESG data collection and external assurance processes for the Group's ESG Report and other disclosures.
- Develop and maintain ESG KPI reporting tools for the group's use.
- Provide support for Sustainability committee activities and cultivate cohesion within the community of experts to facilitate the global implementation of the Sustainability strategy.
- Collaborate with Global sustainability experts to drive sustainability projects across various topics based on identified needs.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Demonstrate 6+ years of experience managing multiple projects or diverse sustainability portfolios.
- Exhibit a strong background in sustainability projects and a comprehensive understanding of sustainability trends.
- Have a proven track record in developing and maintaining project and program plans, including managing risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Hold certification and / or training in Portfolio or Project management software and tools.
- Preferably, have experience with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) data management software, as well as familiarity with EHS and Sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reporting frameworks such as GRI.
- Be a hands-on and collaborative team player capable of working independently.
- Possess the ability to inspire and facilitate collaboration among team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Demonstrate fluency in English.
- Very quick start, fast paced and international environment
