Trade Compliance Legal Counsel (Zurich or remote)
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement trade compliance policies.Advise on sanctions, particularly relating to Russia.Conduct due diligence and sanctions screening for third parties.
Collaborate with global teams on compliance initiatives.Ensure compliance with European and international trade regulations.
Minimum Qualifications :
LLM or equivalent legal degree.12-15 years of compliance experience in highly regulated industries.In-depth knowledge of European legal frameworks.
Proven track record in trade compliance and sanctions.Multilingual skills (English and German is a must).
