Do you enjoy working on an own Manager and Client Engagements portfolio, in a team-oriented, multicultural, and professional environment? In this key position, you will support the audit teams with specific administrative and coordination tasks and support the Bern team.

Your contribution to KPMG

  • As a dedicated and proactive person, you are responsible for handling the client and order-specific administrative processes for your assigned Audit Managers and their mandate portfolios
  • Prepare engagement letters, invoices, and general correspondence for our clients
  • Act as an independent contact person and support your Audit colleagues with general inquiries
  • Proactively drive administrative processes and prepare content to enable efficient workflow in the areas of order processing, risk management, and reporting
  • Be a central pivot and interact with various colleagues from the "Central Backoffice," "Finance," and "Risk & Compliance" departments

  • You bring more than 4 years of professional experience in administration and coordination, with knowledge in the area of risk and compliance being an advantage
  • Your oral and written communication skills in German and English are very good
  • Service orientation and a strong "Can-do" attitude.
  • Multi-tasker with strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious work method, strong analytical skills
  • Committed, resilient, and flexible personality who likes to think ahead and take responsibility
  • Last but not least : a true team player who is already two steps ahead and can think outside the box
