  • A genuine passion for AI and hands-on experience designing or integrating LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems
  • Excellent background in either Java Spring Boot or .NET stacks
  • Experience building scalable and resilient systems using cloud and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS)
  • Demonstrated technical leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills across business and IT teams
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and application security (OWASP, authentication/authorization, encryption)
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level); French is a plus

Benefits

  • A dynamic, collaborative culture with a strong client focus, working with prestigious Swiss organizations on diverse and cutting-edge technology projects
  • A growth-oriented environment with a clear career path and fast progression opportunities
  • A modern work model combining office presence, home office, and client-site collaboration
  • A competitive salary and a healthy work-life balance
  • A team of experts always ready to share knowledge, backed by a proven mentoring model to support your personal and professional development.
