Network Administrator (with System Administration Experience)

We're looking for a skilled Network Administrator with system administration experience to join our IT team. You'll manage and secure our network infrastructure while supporting core systems and users in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

You'll manage and monitor LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and switches to ensure high performance and availability. This includes configuring network hardware, troubleshooting issues, and enforcing security policies (ACLs, segmentation, IDS / IPS). You'll also support VOIP systems and maintain up-to-date network documentation.

On the systems side, you'll assist with managing Windows and Linux servers, both on-prem and in the cloud. Tasks include applying updates, managing backups, maintaining services like Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, and supporting virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V). You'll also handle Level 2 / 3 technical support.

What You Bring

Experience in network administration or engineering.

Solid understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs.

Firewall and network security knowledge.

Familiarity with Windows / Linux system administration.

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Zabbix).

This position is 90-100% remote working with the option to go into one of their 5 locations in Switzerland.
