As part of our continued growth and commitment to strong governance, we are building our Internal Audit function and are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Internal Audit Manager.

Role summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Audit Manager within our newly formed Internal Audit Department with proven expertise to lead and execute internal audit assignments.

This role is critical in ensuring that Infinigate’s internal controls and risk management practices are robust, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices. The person reports to the Head of Group Internal Audit.

Main responsibilities

• Support the Head of Internal Audit in the development and execution of the audit plan and function priorities.
• Lead the execution of Internal Audit engagements, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to methodology.
• Strengthen the Internal Control environment, identifying gaps and supporting the implementation of effective controls.
• Provide risk-based insights and practical recommendations to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
• Present audit findings to management and business owners, ensuring clarity, impact, and accountability.
• Follow up on audit recommendations, actively monitoring implementation and challenging delays or weaknesses.
• Act as a key point of coordination across entities, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Support ad-hoc and strategic projects, contributing to the evolution of the Internal Audit function.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA or CPA is highly desirable.
• Approximately 3 years of experience as an Internal Audit Manager or comparable leadership role, preferably within an international environment. Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in planning and executing audit engagements, including risk assessment and control evaluation.
• Solid experience in identifying and assessing risks, with the ability to propose practical mitigation actions.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
• Experience with ERP systems ( , Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) is considered a strong advantage.
