Payroll Expert (M/F/X)

Stellenbeschreibung
- Ensure smooth and compliant payroll and HR administration for around 1000 employees at the main site and affiliated entities
- Handle all payroll-relevant and insurance-related activities, including coordination with social security institutions, authorities, and external partners
- Manage year-end payroll processes and statutory reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding social insurance, withholding tax, pension fund, time management, and related topics
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as the development of HR KPIs, statistics, and reports
- Actively contribute to the optimization of payroll processes, systems, and interfaces (SAP HCM)
- Ensure high service quality, compliance, and data accuracy at all times
- Completed further education in payroll administration or social insurance (mandatory)
- Several years of experience in a similar payroll function, preferably within an international organization
- Very strong knowledge of SAP HCM and solid understanding of HR-related processes and system interfaces
- Service-oriented, hands-on personality with a proactive, structured, and precise working style
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English skills; French is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders and work independently in a complex environment
