Stellenbeschreibung5+ years of hands-on experience managing on-premises IT infrastructure Microsoft Certified : Windows Server Administrator VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Strong experience with : Windows Server (2016 / 2019 / 2022) and Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL) VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.). Proficiency in network administration Experience with enterprise security solutions (firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection, SIEMs). Ability to write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, etc. Experience with migrations from on-prem to MS Azure
GF Machining Solutions is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize our on-premises IT infrastructure while supporting our Microsoft Azure environment. You'll ensure system availability, security, and performance in a dynamic industrial setting.
Your tasks
- Administer Windows / Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V)
- Manage networks, storage, and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis)
- Ensure compliance with data protection and disaster recovery policies
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Maintain Active Directory, GPOs, SSO, and RBAC
- Manage Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
- Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintain documentation
