The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a thorough understanding of prospecting and developing strong customer relationships.

The candidate should have a good understanding of NGS sequencing as well as good knowledge of business and project management software.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a sales and marketing talent as an :

NGS Sales Manager 100%

Background :

  • Scientific background, ideally having worked with NGS sequencing
  • Additional training or experience in sales, marketing or economics required
  • 100% position based in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva
  • Languages : at least French and English, ideally trilingual with German
  • Able to motivate sales and production teams with enthusiasm
  • Listens to customers and responds quickly, accurately and appropriately
  • Communicative and enjoy being in contact with customers to advise them and make them want to use our services
  • Knowledge of business, project and data management software such as Salesforce, PowerBI, Asana, Abacus, etc.

Tasks :

  • Acquire new customers according to a strategic plan
  • Service to existing customers, in Switzerland and internationally
  • Max 20% field presence, in Switzerland and abroad, for customer visits and conferences
  • Single point of contact for major customers, to respond effectively to their requests and offer them personalized service
  • Networking with all internal departments
  • Market watch, trend monitoring, proposing internal innovation and renovation projects
