Manager International Corporate Tax
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate complex projects for national and international clients.
- Advise companies, both nationally and internationally, on tax matters related to reorganizations, financing, restructuring, supply chain optimization, as well as legal, financial, and operational transformations.
- Work closely with foreign subsidiaries.
- Stay informed on national (e.g., STAF) and international (e.g., BEPS 2.0) tax developments.
- Collaborate with experts from other departments on cross-functional projects.
- Communicate directly with clients and tax authorities
Required Profile :
- At least 4 years of experience in Swiss and / or international tax law, preferably in consulting.
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field.
- Ongoing or completed training as a certified Swiss tax expert or an LL.M. in international taxation.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Experience in team leadership and managing complex projects is an advantage.
- Strong process management skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A flexible, solution-oriented personality with the ability to perform well under pressure.
This role demands strong technical tax expertise, project management skills, and the ability to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
