Forone of our clients, we are looking for a Fund Sales Associate FR / ENG in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva.
As a BusinessDeveloper of the firm, you will be instrumental in driving thebusiness growth strategy by identifying and developing new clientrelationships yielding to the growth of the firm assets undermanagement.
You will work closely with the investment andmanagement teams to produce all marketing material and organizingevents.

Description
- Integration to the company;
- Developand execute strategic business development plans to attract andretain independent asset managers, family offices, andinstitutional investors;
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with prospective and existing clients byproviding regular updates and insightful analysis;
- Create and distribute impactful marketing materials,presentations, and reports that highlight the investment expertiseand market insights;
- Create and animatedigital content to promote the firm strategies and enhance thebrand recognition;
- Represent the company atindustry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhancebrand visibility and establish strategic relationships;
- Organize the firm promotional events and selectmerchandising goods;
- Work closely with thecompliance to ensure all business development activities align withregulatory requirements and ethical standards;
- Interact with legal advisors to ensure all distributionagreements are compliant with local regulations;
- Monitor competitive activities within the industry,providing feedback and strategic recommendations to seniormanagement;
- Keep analytical records ofdistribution fees accounting;
- Link with theother internal departments of the firm;
- Participation to the day to day in the office.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relatedfield; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) ispreferred;
- Minimum of thee to five years ofexperience in business development or a related role within theasset management or financial services industry, specificallydealing with alternative investments;
- Strongunderstanding of alternative investment strategies and the abilityto articulate complex investment concepts in a clear and persuasivemanner;
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation,and communication skills;
- Proven track recordof meeting or exceeding business development targets;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced,entrepreneurial environment;
- Excellentlanguage skills in French for speaking and writting ;
- Very good language skills in English for speaking andwritting ;
- Proficient with CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite; knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, orsimilar financial software is a plus.
