For our client, a bank in Geneva, we are looking fora :
Corporate Actions (1year mission, possibly longer)
Task :
Understand and process every kind of mandatory / voluntary corporate action on custody assets ( equities, bonds, structures products, etc) received daily.
Main responsibilities :
- Handling and analysis of the Corporate Actionsevents received by Swift, Telekurs and / or paper on all kind of products(Equities, Bonds, etc )
- Provide our Client Relationship Officers (CROs)with CA notifications efficiently
- Cash and stock reconciliation on every CorporateAction file
- Instructions processing on voluntary events(forward the instructions received from our CROs to the custodians)
- Corporate Actions booking
- Follow-up on any CA related issues
- Other administrative tasks related to CorporateActions activity.
Profile :
- 3-5 years’ experience in the Corporate Actionsarea
- Able to work under pressure and to cope with aheavy workload if needed.
- Efficient, Conscientious and Autonomous
- Good team spirit
- Genuine knowledge in Microsoft Office tools(mainly Excel) and Core Banking systems Temenos Globus.
- Fluent in both French and English
