We love fragrances, we love to dream.If you have great eye, the ability to capture and highlight products and a quick learning pace, we want you on our team!POSITION SUMMARYThe E-commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sustainable and scalable growth for Memo International’s brands (Memo Paris, Floraiku Paris and Hermetica Paris ) direct to consumer sites.
This role oversees all marketing channels driving to it (email, SMS, paid search, paid social and affiliate partnerships) and involves leveraging various marketing channels, data analytics, and customer insights to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate loves the beauty industry, can win over hearts and minds with creative storytelling, can sift through multiple data sources to find actionable opportunities, and has an aptitude to manage multiple projects.
Collaboration and strong relationship-building skills are essential. This role works closely with the Social managers, Head of Digital and Brand Managers to manage the overall site experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES Customer acquisition and retentionServe as lead of the direct-to-consumer sites to assure all aspects of site and marketing channels driving to it meet profitability targets.
Work on customer acquisition strategies across Paid media, Paid search and Content marketingWork on customer retention across all channels to improve 'customer value' and meet the loyalty challenges and returning customer rate’.
Forecast annual and monthly acquisition and expenses needed to achieve targets. Provide recurring updates to brand stakeholders on performance and plans to achieve the goals.
Campaign and Content Calendar ManagementManage ecommerce marketing calendar including promotions, website content, emails, SMS and paid ads.
Partner with internal stakeholders to assure ecommerce content and inventory levels support the overall brand strategy while meeting traffic and sales goals.
Oversee the site content process including creating creative briefs, providing feedback on creative assets, passing assets to our in-house creative team and assuring error-free content is loaded on site and in all marketing channels.
Plan and secure inventory for promotions and sampling programs to support monthly revenue targets. Digital Marketing ExpertExecute best in class digital marketing practices that balance brand storytelling with sales tactics.
Optimize owned channels, including email and SEO, leveraging the insight of outside experts as needed.Manage relationship with third-party marketing partners, including paid ads and affiliates.
Continually inform them of campaigns, product launches and KPI targets. Assure they are delivering the best consumer experience to drive sales with a test-and-learn mindset.
Identify opportunities to AB test copy and visual content; share and implement learnings.Stay current on innovations in digital marketing and ecommerce technologies and through webinars, industry journals, and competitive benchmarking.
Lead & ManageCultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams including : Brand Management, Creative, Commercial and Finance.
Manage portfolio of third-party vendors with duties that include setting clear expectations, measuring goals and assuring deliverables are met.
