- Management and organisation of the assigned item
- Correct receipt and storage of goods
- Mise en place and food preparation for our à la carte restaurant Delta as well as our hotel restaurant with high-quality buffets, banquets or half-board dishes
- Ensuring very high food quality
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and food legislation
