Senior Data Engineer (80-100%)

Our Client & Compliance Analytics Platform integrates data from various operational systems into a versatile data warehouse.

We create reports for compliance, back-office operations, and senior management. You’ll join a small, supportive, and motivated team to take ownership of this critical platform and help shape its future.

What would your role be?

Take charge of the technical side of large data warehouse crucial for compliance and management transparency.

Act as a lead developer for the design, architecture, and implementation of new data models and interfaces.

Automate operations (DevOps, monitoring, releases, data loads) and ensure a smooth workflow.

Execute data migrations and solve data processing issues.

Collaborate with technical stakeholders across departments and act as project lead on major initiatives.

Engage in shaping the future architecture of our platform.

What are we looking for?

A degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, IT, or related field.

Strong skills in SQL, PL / SQL, Python, and experience with Oracle databases.

Experience with cloud databases (Snowflake), Kafka, Openshift, Linux servers, Tableau, or web technologies is a plus.

5-10 years of experience in similar roles in the financial sector.

Strong communication skills in English (required); German is a plus.

Eagerness to learn, share knowledge, and grow with the team.
