Position : Compliance Officer FCC IKS
Sector : Banking

Utilization : 100%
Location : Zurich
Salary : CHF 140’000-160’000
Tasks
- Assess and improve the effectiveness of the FCC IKS to ensure it meets regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborate with relevant departments to identify, document, and mitigate risks related to financial crime, including money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing
- Lead the design and implementation of new controls or enhancements to existing controls within the FCC framework
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of FCC controls for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Ensure that all operational controls are executed in accordance with established policies and procedures
Requirements
- Resident in Switzerland
- Fluency in English
- Min. 6 years’ of PQE in a compliance role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of FCC regulations and internal control systems (IKS)
